Refund policy

A purchase may be refunded in full within 30 days from the original purchase date when accompanied with the sales receipt.

Store credit may be issued for any return within 90 days of the original purchase date with the sales receipt.

RETURNS BY MAIL:

If there is damage to an item upon delivery to you, please call Electric Buffalo Gallery immediately at (406) 837-5669 for assistance.

All items must be returned in new condition with any accompanying paperwork (ex: Certificates of Authenticity, Appraisals, etc).

Returns will be inspected by our team before we can process a refund.

Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged item. You are responsible for return shipping costs as we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. 

To return an item by mail use the following steps:

1.  Prepare your item for return by securely packaging it in an appropriate envelope or box.

2.  Return via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex.  Keep the tracking number from the package for your records.

3.  Mail your return to:  Electric Buffalo Gallery, 475 Electric Avenue, Bigfork, MT 59911.

Electric Buffalo Gallery will process your return.  A refund will be credited to the same form of payment as your original purchase.
